GENERAL INFORMATION Purpose of the manual • The user and maintenance manual, which is an integral part of the ENOMATIC Dispenser, was designed by the manufacturer to provide the necessary informa- tion to the user. • The "ORIGINAL INSTRUCTIONS" were prepared by the manufacturer in ITALIAN and can be translated into other languages to meet legal and/or commercial requirements.

    3. INTRODUCTION The Enomatic® tasting systems are able to store bottles of wine, controlling the temperature (refrigerated models only) and preserving, by means of a food-use inert gas, their content, to then serve it in the desired quantities directly into the glass.
