  • Page 2 PROBLEM POSSIBLE REASON TROUBLE SHOOTING Bad connection of the main plug (Part Replug. The unit doesn’t work #211). at all. Humidistat (Part #208) breaks down. Check and repair or replace. Water tank (Part #102) not positioned well. Re-place the water tank. Micro switch (Part #207) springs off.
  • Page 3 How to? REPLACE THE COMPRESSOR Take out the filter, remove the rear plate. Take off the cover of overload protector, take off the wire terminals and screws of the earth wire. Use soldering iron to take off the discharging tube and suction tube from the compressor. Unfasten the screws on the compressor.
  • Page 4 REPLACE THE MICRO SWITCH Take out the filter, remove the rear plate. Separate the relative wires surrounding the micro switch and take off the micro switch (part no. 211) from the middle spacer. Replacing with a new one. Re-assemble the unit in opposite process from above.
  • Page 5 CLEAN THE DUST ON THE EVAPORATOR & CONDENSER Pull out the water tank, take off the filter, remove the front & rear plates. Take off the up wind funnel & fan motor. Use high pressure N to blow off the dust on the evaporator and condenser.
  • Page 6 RELEASE THE REFIRGERANT For the unit with recharging value, you can discharge the refrigerant directly by the value. For the unit without the value, please: File the copper tube of the compressor. * Do not file the copper tube off completely, as long as there is an opening is enough.
  • Page 7 VACUUM & CHARGE THE REFRIGERANT Take out the filter, remove the rear plate. Connect the copper tube of compressor, quick coupler, fixing value, vacuum pump and refrigerant bottle. (Please refer to the drawing shown at right.) Weigh the refrigerant amount by an electronic scale, write down the amount.
  • Page 8 HOW TO ADJUST THE COOLING SYSTEM IS BLOCKED ? Measure the temperature in front of & behind the dryer. If the temperature difference is too big, then it means the dryer is blocked. Please change it. Check the capillary is cool or not. If it is cool partially, it means, the capillary is blocked partially. If the capillary is not cool at all, it means, the capillary is totally blocked.
