The Wrist Tag (TXRS-860) is a transmitter, used in home arrest systems. The Wrist Tag (TXRS-860 / TRXS-860-2) is transmitting on an American FCC tested and approved frequency; whereas the European version (TXRS-860-2) is transmitting on a European tested and approved frequency. -
