8 Error codes
In some cases there are error codes generated in the device. These may not be fully
interpreted yet in the current Firmware and displayed as a text but the error codes are. These
are the following with a short description of the cause:
ERR type: c0
CAM error: 40
CAM error: 01
CAM error: 02
CAM error: 03
CAM error: 04
CAM error: 05
CAM error: 06
CAM error: 07
ERR type: 90
ERR type: 51
ERR type: 82
ERR type: 81
ERR type: 83
Indicates Camera error
DC input power is too low or missing for the HC
(some below 9V)
Some analog supply for the Camera is too low
(failure in the power supply unit of the HC or in the Camera)
Some analog supply for the Camera went critical
(too low or high: failure in the power supply unit of the HC)
Camera is not connected with the cable
(Camera-cable contact error or not connected)
Other Camera-connection error
(Camera-cable or Camera failure)
Initializing communication with the Camera failed
(Camera is not working properly or is in bad mode)
Connection lost with Camera...
(unknown error, the Camera is stopped somehow suddenly)
Firmware version mismatch (HC and Camera)
(Camera has an other verion of Firmware program than the HC needs.
The Camera can't be used.)
Timeout during calibration
(communication was interrupted somehow with Camera)
"Star lost" error
(The star was lost during a procedure. (because of clouds or wind blow))
Calibration interrupted by the user
Coarse position error during calibration
(if the position is way too off from the expected. Badly set guider parameters
(focal length and AG speeds))
Orientation is inadequate during calibration
