The date and time are automatically set based on
the selected time zone.
Setting the Date Manually
1 In the Home screen, tap the Settings icon to
open the Settings screen.
In the Phone basics section, tap Date & time

settings to open the Date & time settings
screen.
3 Tap Set date to open the Change date panel.
4 Slide your finger up or down on each field to
change the Month, Day, and Year.
5 Tap Save to save your changes and exit the
Change date panel.
