This application allows you to define, initially, using connectors, how the Lifedomus or TYDOM 3.0 server will communicate with the products installed.     ❹ CREATION OF THE X3D CONNECTOR In the connector section, open the “Delta Dore X3D” protocol tab. There are 2 X3D connectors available, a USB connector (USB key provided with the server) or an IP connector that corresponds to a Tydom 1.0 gateway. In both cases the configuration and functionalities will be identical.

    To communicate with a KNX bus, you need a KNX/IP gateway connected to the bus and to the local network. Mult-connection gateways are preferred. You will then declare the KNX connector in the Delta Dore server module, using the available connectors menu. To identify a KNX/IP gateway, its IP address, communication port and MAC address are required. The MAC address will be used to automatically find the gateway on the network if a new IP address is given to it in the case of a rebooting of the network.
