The Inbeca Ecotouch display may show as blocked and ask to call the service provider due to one of the following detected faults:
- Excess temperature triggering the security thermostat. - The system fails to fill with water due to issues like no water supply, damaged fill valves, open fill valve, or damaged level probe. - Broken or disconnected cable between the control panel and generator. - Fan connected with reversed polarity. - Ventilation turned off manually while the bath operates for more than 15 minutes. - Water not evaporating after 20 minutes. - Damaged level probes.
Each of these issues requires technical service intervention.
