Thank you for buying a RadioShack Dodge Toyota Tundra Truck. Built to
1/14 scale, it can reach speeds of up to 660 feet per minute. Your truck's
super-size wheels handle the rough spots with ease. Your truck is for age 6
and up.
Your truck comes in two frequencies (27 MHz and 49 MHz), so you and your
friends can drive together. Check the box to see which frequency you have.
INSTALLING BATTERIES
Cautions:
Use only fresh batteries of the required size and recommended type.
Do not mix old and new batteries, different types of batteries (standard,
alkaline, or rechargeable), or rechargeable batteries of different
capacities.
If you do not plan to use the vehicle for a week or more, remove the
batteries from the transmitter and the vehicle.

Never leave dead or weak batteries in the vehicle or transmitter.
Use only the recommended battery pack and charger.
Do not charge or recharge the battery pack while it is in the vehicle.
After you chare or recharge the battery (12 to 14 hours), disconnect it
from the charger. Overcharging the battery pack might damage it.
Do not recharge a battery pack immediately after use (while it is still hot).
Allow it to cool first.
Be sure the battery connectors and wires are positioned so they do not
touch any moving parts.
Warning: Dispose of batteries promptly and properly. Do not burn or bury
them.

Pull up on the tab on the bottom edge of the transmitter and lift the cover to remove it. Place a battery in the compartment according to the polarity symbols ( + and - ) marked inside.
  • Page 3 DRIVING THE RACER Warning: Never play with your racer in the street. Caution: If the vehicle gets stuck under an object, immediately release both buttons on the transmitter. Then retrieve the vehicle. Slide ON/OFF on the side of the truck to ON. The headlights turn on. Slide L/H (under the rear bumper) to H for driving on smooth surfaces, or to L for driving on rougher surfaces.
  • Page 4 WHEEL ALIGNMENT If the racer does not drive in a straight line when you release the right control lever, use a flat-bladed screwdriver to adjust the wheel alignment control on the bottom of the truck. Turn the control toward R if the truck is pulling to the left, or toward L if the truck is pulling to the right.
