    Self-Test Feature Check (STFC) The floating 'Dell - Self Test Feature Check' dialog will appear on-screen (against a black background) under the following conditions: First, if the display is powered on with no signal input attached, with any of the inputs selected. Second, if the signal cable is already attached, display is powered on, display is working properly, then the video cable is detached.
