our device can not be switch on after squeezing the two side buttons for a long time.

If the Reflex IQ-LOGGER does not turn on after pressing the side buttons for a long time, the battery charge may be too low. A flashing green light indicates the battery is below 20%, and if the charge is below 5%, the device will not turn on and will show a red LED. In this case, the device needs to be charged for at least an hour.
