How to remove a jammed card:

Please refer to a trained technician for removal of a jammed card.
When removing the jammed card, please follow the process below.
1) Switch off the AC and make sure that the power LED is extinguished.
2) Loosen the cover screw on the upper case rear (use a Phillips-head
screwdriver.).
3) Push the upper case mark
and pull in the direction of arrow (2) moving the case to rear.
4) Lift the upper case to remove.
