Description & Solution
Check that the SIM card has been
correctly installed.
• The network connection has been lost.
You may be in a weak signal area (in a
tunnel or surrounded by buildings).
Move and try again.
• You are trying to access an option for
which you have not taken out a
subscription with your service provider.
Contact the service provider for further
details.
• If you have just turned on your phone,
wait for about 2 minutes, until your
phone finds the network and receives
a signal from the network.
• If you are in a tunnel or in an elevator,
the phone may not be able to receive
the network signal properly. Move to
an open place.
• This may appear when you move
between different service areas. It is
normal.
In direct sunlight, you may not be able
to see the display clearly. Moving to a
place with different lighting should solve
this problem.
