• S et whether to use your location information when you use your Gear for the first
time after purchasing or resetting it. Enabling the location information is set as the
default.
• Y our heart rate is measured in seconds when you start exercising. To measure your
heart rate more accurately with the Gear, wear the Gear firmly around your lower
arm just above your wrist.
• D o not move until your heart rate displays on the screen so it can be measured
more accurately.
• W hen you select Swimming, water lock mode will be activated automatically.
You can view exercise information like speed, distance, heart rate and calories burned in
real time when you rotate the bezel or swipe the screen to the left or right.
To listen to music, rotate the bezel anticlockwise.
