Confirm the followings before (asking for) repair.
Symptom
Is USB cable plugging in properly?
No Power
Are you using a USB hub?
Is there any water in the water tank?
Is there any oil attached on the
Ultrasonic Vibration Plate?
No mist /
Does the water tank become
Mist volume
empty?
is low
Is the Ultrasonic Vibration Plate
Cover installed?
Is there too much water in the
water tank?
Is the air inlet dirty?
Are you using the product on a
cushion or a long fur carpet?
Are you using the product in a windy
area?
Mist may not been seen due to the
environment like temperature and
humidity.
Are there any bubbles attached on
the Ultrasonic Vibration Plate?
Is there a layer of water in the Mist
Outlet?

Troubleshooting

Solution
Confirm connection of main body and concentric
plug. Unplug the DC plug from the main body and
re-plug it.
There may be no power supply if using a USB hub.
Connect the product to a USB port of a computer
(5V 1.0A).
Add water into the water tank.
Clean the Ultrasonic Vibration Plate (refer to
P.12).
Add water into the water tank.
If water level in the water tank is low, the product
would stop automatically even timer is not finished
and mist also stops at the same time.
If the Ultrasonic Vibration Plate Cover is not
installed properly, mist cannot be generated.
If water is added over the water level indicator,
mist may not generate normally. Add water
according to the water level indicator.
If there is dirt in the air inlet, mist may not be
generated. Clean the air inlet regularly.
The air inlet may be blocked, mist would not
generate and cause failure. Change the place to
put the product.
Mist may not be seen if placing the product in an
area with airflow.
If mist generates inside the water tank and the air
outlet runs normally (Motor sounds can be heard),
it is not failure.
Clean up the bubbles on the Ultrasonic Vibration
Plate (refer to P.10).
If the Mist Outlet gets wet, a layer of water would block
it, mist may not be generated. Clean up the layer.
