BASIC OPERATION

Turn the Power/Volume knob clockwise to turn the power on,
when you turn it on, it will beep and voice remind the current
channel. (As P-1)
Turn Power/Volume knob counter-clockwise to turn up and
down the volume. (As P-2)

Turn the channel knob to choose the
desired channel . (As P-3)
When you receive signal, the
speaker will sound.

FUNCTION INSTRUCTION

Read or Program the Frequency
Please use VECTOR standard programmable software.You
can set the following features through the
software:Time-out-timer, squelch level, Voice prompt,
CTCSS/DCS,Wide/narrow bandwidth, High/Low power
adjust.
Time-Out-Timer (TOT)
The feature allows more efficient use of channels by limiting
the time of each transmission.
Dual-Watch Operation and Channel Scan
Press"MON"to turn on the power, you will heard a voice
prompt"scan".
If the channel is between 1 and 15, it will be in the"dual
watch"state, which means"dual-watch"between the present
working channel and channel 16.
If the channel is in channel 16, it will be in the"channel
scanning"state, which will scan from channel 1 to channel
16.
Voice Prompt
Wide/Narrow Bandwidth
Frequency space>25KHz, it is Wide bandwidth.
Frequency space<25KHz, it is Narrow bandwidth.
Low Power Alarm
Audible tone and visual display tell you when the battery is
running down.
