    SAFETY INFORMATION Positioning: Do not attempt to lift the product alone, due to the weight of the product movement must be performed by at least two people. When moving the product use the two handles on the side of the machine install the machine in accordance with the detailed instructions provided separately.
  • Page 8 Connect the water filling pipe to the machine correctly as described in the following instructions. Connect filling tube to a water outlet with a ¾ threaded gas mouth. Make sure you tighten it all the way down. It should be connected to a cold water fitting. Make sure you place the provided filter "A".

    Electrical connection If you need a longer power cord, do not cut it at the plug end. Contact an authorized technical service centre Never use adaptors if the plug of the machine does not fit the socket. Before changing any setting (plumbing or mechanical), power off the machine by pulling the plug or by means of a previously installed omnipolar switch Always disconnect the machine from the electrical power supply when performing maintenance (pull the plug out of the wall socket)
  • Page 10 During everyday use The dishwasher must never be working without the drip catcher. . The machine is equipped with a special safety that keeps the door closed during operation. If you need to open it, press the ON/OFFbutton for a few seconds, the message P plus the number of the selected programme will appear on the display.
  • Page 11 This machine must be operated by adults. Do not let children play with the dishwasher or its controls. Water in the dishwasher must be not be used as potable water Do not sit on or lean on the open door as this may damage the machine Plastic articles may be damaged.

  • Page 12: Water Softener

    WATER SOFTENER To prevent calcium deposits on dishes and in the dishwasher, the water needs to be softened if its hardness is greater than 6°d (German Degrees) or 10df(French degrees). The machine is equipped with a softener, which uses special salt to remove lime from the water.
  • Page 13 -Unscrew the plug of the container - Position the funnel correctly -Pour the salt as shown in the figure. Make sure the container is filled with water and that the water comes out -Clean the salt from the threading of the container in the tub -Carefully screw in the plug.
  • Page 14 No salt indicator When the salt container is empty, the no salt indicator will come on. To fill the container, proceed as previously instructed. The indication may stay on for a couple of cycles before it goes off. FILLING RINSE AID Rinse aid makes dishes more brilliant because it improves drying and prevents the formation of stains and calcium deposits.
  • Page 15 -Pour the rinse aid slowly until the container is completely full. Do not overfill. -Clean up any spilled liquid. This will prevent foam from forming during the next programme. After you have added the rinse aid, Rinse aid indicator When the rinse aid container is empty, the rinse aid indicator shown with the symbol will come on.

    LOADING THE DISHWASHER First of all Before putting dishes in the basket, remove the largest food residues (bones, toothpicks, scales, meat or vegetable scraps, fruit peels, etc.) to prevent the filters form clogging thus reducing effective washing. Washing the dishes under running water serves no useful purpose. If pots and pans are heavily encrusted, leave them to soak prior to washing.
  • Page 17 Pots and pans We suggest arranging them properly in the basket so that the opening is facing downwards. For heavily soiled pots and pans, it is advisable to use the appropriate programme. Cutlery Place cutlery (spoons and forks) with the handles facing down. Arrange knives or sharp utensils with the points facing downwards or in a horizontal position.

    We recommend the following: Wash delicate glasses in the Quick Wash program. This will reduce the risk of them becoming dull. There are no standard guidelines for washing glasses. If in doubt, wash them by hand. FILLING WITH DETERGENT Use powder detergents or detergent tabs suitable for household dishwashers. Unsuitable detergents (for example those for hand washing) not only result in poor washing but may also damage the machine due to excessive suds.

    ENDING THE PROGRAMME IN ADVANCE If for any reason you decide to suspend the programme, you can do so by following the instructions. Press and hold (about 5 seconds) the key The display will show "0", and the machine will run a drain phase. A beep will signal the end of the cycle. You can open the door by following the previous instructions.

Per pentole e padelle particolarmente sporche, è consigliabile l’utilizzo del pro- gramma apposito. Posate Sistema le posate (cucchiai e forchette) con i manici rivolti verso il basso. CARICAMENTO DEL DETERSIVO Utilizza detersivi in polvere, o pastiglie adatti per lavastoviglie domestiche. Ritornando comunque all’utilizzo di prodotti tradizionali sono necessari alcuni cicli prima che l’impianto ritorni alla sua piena effi cien- za. E’ normale che per i primi cicli si trovi una patina bianca sulla vasca e sulle stoviglie.
  • Page 54 Quando si seleziona l’opzione “Partenza ritardata” fai attenzione che quando versi il detersivo, il contenitore o lo sgocciolatoio siano asciutti, per evitare una cattiva asportazione dello stesso al momento dell’utilizzo, con conseguente insuffi cienti risultati di lavaggio. Ti consigliamo di tanto in tanto di pulire eventuali residui di detersivo dalla vaschetta.
