Caller ID: Decide whether to send or hide number in
outgoing call, default will be set by network.
Call Waiting: include 3 item settings such as Activate,
Deactivate and Query Status.
Call Divert: setup call forward unconditional or call
forward conditional.
Call Barring: corresponding service need Network supplier
to be provided.
Outgoing Calls: Call Barring for All Calls 、
International Calls、International Except Home；
Incoming calls: Call barring All Calls in Roaming；
