To stop the heating process at any time during operation, press ON/CANCEL
(Fig.3).
•
To re-boil the water, allow the kettle to cool for 30~60 seconds before
pressing BOIL again (Fig.2).
•
To keep the water warm, press 80°, 85°, or 90°. The water will be kept warm
for 30 minutes (Fig.4).
•
The kettle may be stored on the power base, but make sure that the power
supply is turned off when the kettle is not in use.

Temperature guide
This kettle allows different temperature selections.
Most types of black tea require 100°C. But Green
tea, Jasmine tea and Sencha tea are at their best
at 80°C.
You can also use the temperature settings to keep
the water at the selected temperature, so that
you won't have to spend as much time boiling the
kettle if you need to use it again. For a general
temperature guide, see the table on the right.
If you accidentally allow the kettle to operate without water, the boil-dry
protection will automatically turn it off. If this occurs, allow the kettle to cool
