Flash storage and maintenance
• Do not use organic solvents such as thinner, alcohol, or benzene to remove stains.
• Avoid using the flash in high temperature or humidity. Do not leave the device in your car, as the
temperature can rise dramatically when left inside.
• Protect the device from severe vibrations, shocks, or pressures and use a cushion when transported
by motorcycle, car, or ship.
• Do not use the device where it can come into contact directly with rain.
• Do not use old batteries with new ones.
• The flash may not operate properly if separated from the camera, as metals do not touch shoe

• Do not use accessories such as an accessory shoe clip that have the different number of terminals,
as some functions may not operate properly.
• The device may not operate properly if used with non-Samsung cameras. Samsung is not
responsible for any accidents or device damage when used this way.
• Check the device regularly every 1 or 2 years, and when you have not used it for a long period of
time, or before shooting of an important event for best performance.
• Protect the flash from dust, dirt, sand, water, toxic gas, and salt, as they can cause damage to
internal components.
• Take shooting after adjusting the flash intensity to capture black or white subjects.
