To fix a stuck lumbar adjustment in a 2017 Cadillac CT6, try the following steps:
1. Check Power Supply – Ensure the ignition is on, as some seat adjustments require power. 2. Use Controls Properly – Press the forward or rearward buttons (for base lumbar adjustment) or the corresponding buttons for uplevel lumbar and upper back support. 3. Reset the System – Turn off the ignition, wait a few minutes, and restart the vehicle to reset electronic controls. 4. Inspect for Obstructions – Check if any objects are blocking seat movement. 5. Manual Adjustment Attempt – Gently apply pressure in the direction of movement while using the control. 6. Check for Seat Malfunctions – If the lumbar adjustment still does not work, there may be an electrical or mechanical issue requiring professional inspection.
If the problem persists, consult a certified mechanic or dealership for further diagnosis and repair.

Need help?
Do you have a question about the CT6 2017 and is the answer not in the manual?
Questions and answers
My lumbar adjustment is stuck and it is hurting my back. I can’t get it back to the original state.
