DTMF tones
Your phone can send Dual-tone
multi-frequency (DTMF) tones for calling card
calls or to navigate automated systems (such
as banking by phone).
To set up DTMF tones:
1 Press the center select key s to open
the menu.
2 Press the navigation key (S) to scroll to
D SETTINGS & TOOLS.
3 Scroll to Call Settings and press the center
select key (s) (OK).
4 Scroll to DTMF Tones and press the center
select key (s) (OK).
5 Select Normal or Long and press the center
select key (s) (OK).
To send DTMF tones during a call, press
number keys.

1 Press the center select key (s) to
open the menu.
2 Press the navigation key (S) to scroll to
G MESSAGING.
3 Select New Message and press the center
select key (s) (OK).
4 Select TXT Msg and press the center select
key (s) (OK).
When you are entering text, you can press the
right soft key (+) (Options) to perform other
actions on the message.

exchange e-mail from your phone.
