by using JIG R/C.

Adjustment procedure
(1) Observe P802 on the CPT P.W.B. and change
the PKL B of service mode by using jig R/C and
adjust so that the amplitude of the sub picture is
the same as that of the main picture.
(2) Similarly, observe P832 on the CPT P.W.B. and
change the PKL G of service mode by using jig
R/C and adjust so that the amplitude of the sub
picture is the same as that of the main picture.
(3) Similarly, observe P862 on the CPT P.W.B. and
change the PKL R of service mode by using jig
R/C and adjust so that amplitude of the sub
picture is the same as that of the main picture.
(4) Check the matching the white balance of the
sub picture with that of the main picture.
If it does not, return to step (1).
* Adjustment specification : ±1V
* Quality control specification: ±3V
* Wave form of P802, P832, P862 = Cathode.

Adjustment preparation
(1) Select the Circle Pattern signal on main picture.
(2) Video settings has to be at normal condition
Adjustment procedure
(1) Go to "PinP POSITION ADJ." mode.
(2) Adjust vertical position and Horizontal position.

NOTE: The micro-controller has an original data for the
PIP position for HP and VP, if the position needs
to be re-adjusted then do the procedure for this
adjustment, in case that the position of PIP is
between the spec. 5.5±0.5 and close to the
lower line of the circle pattern no need to adjust
only checking.
