Hello, we just purchased our sage wipes warmer and everything is working except it is not heating up. Any idea why? or is our unit just faulty?

The Sage wipes warmer (part number 7938) may not be heating up for the following reasons:

1. The package is newly inserted and has not reached the target temperature yet. It takes approximately 2 hours to heat the product, during which the “NOT READY” indicator (red or yellow arrow) will remain lit.

2. The warmer is not connected to a proper “hospital only” or “hospital grade” grounded receptacle, which is required for reliable operation.

3. The warmer has a damaged cord or plug, is not working properly, or has been dropped or damaged—conditions under which it should not be operated.

4. The warmer is being used with non-Sage products, which is not allowed and can cause malfunction.

5. The control panel, safety switches, or other components have been tampered with, which is prohibited and may affect operation.

6. The warmer is not installed according to the instructions.

If these issues are ruled out and the warmer still does not heat, it should be serviced only by qualified personnel.
