    1. Description of Unit 1.1 Intended purpose The mains charger FW7405M/14 is an accessory for medical devices. It can be used to operate or charge units which require a DC voltage of 12 - 13.8 V as the supply voltage. A list of the units permit- ted can be found in „3.

    The mains charger FW7405M/14 should only be used for the intended purpose described (see "1.1 Intended purpose" on page 4). • Only have repair work carried out by Weinmann or specialist staff. • Please do not use the unit if damaged. Cables, plugs and housings must be in perfect condition.

    4. Operation 4.1 Start-up 1. Connect the power supply cable to the socket of the mains charger FW7405M/14. 2. Then insert the power plug in a mains socket. Note: Illumination of the pilot lamp 2 indicates that the required DC voltage of 13.8 V has been gen- erated.
