Page 3 Installation Step 1 Measure the width of the opening and determine number of extensions needed for the gate. Adding Extensions: remove upper and lower end caps on the gate frame. NOTE: If it is diff icult to remove, use a flat head screwdriver to pry the end caps on the gate frame out. Connect the extension bar to both upper and lower extension connectors. -

CLEANING: Clean the safety gate using warm water and a mild detergent. Use a soft cloth or sponge to avoid scratches. Never use solvents or chemicals to clean the safety gate.
