  • Page 4 AIS750 Series Annunciators AIS750 is an unparallel, modular, dual operation mode Annunciator. The annunciator is made up of windows, window being 75 x 50mm (3``x 2``). The type of cards installed dependent on system specifi cation and the required options.
  • Page 5 AIS750 Series Annunciators Window/Cell Confi guration The AIS750 is modular and window based designed. It is manufactured from 75x50mm windows which can be assembled in an array to provide the number of rows and columns required to suit individual panel designs.
  • Page 6 AIS750 Series Annunciators Logic Card & Repeat Relay Module Depend on window type (H11, H21, H44, H12, V21), each Logic card supports 1, 2 or 4 inputs. Each logic card can be assigned to two different groups (Critical or Non-critical).

  • Page 9 AIS750 Series Annunciators Logic Card Settings in Serial Mode: In Serial operation mode, each Logic Card in the system has its own unique address. This unique address is set using the switches 2-8 located on DIP switch as shown below.
  • Page 10 AIS750 Series Annunciators Relay Module (Repeat Relays) - optional: Individual channel Repeat Relays Each 4 channel Logic Card can be supplied with an optional 4 channel Relay Module (RM) which plugs into Logic Card and provides the user with a dry contact (potential free contact) per alarm channel for use with 3rd party devices.

  • Page 12 AIS750 Series Annunciators Interface Module Settings: The AIS750 supports two operation modes; Stand-alone (standard) and Serial mode. Stand-alone mode is recommended if no serial communication needed with other devices. The operation mode of Interface Module should be set as bellow table.

  • Page 14 AIS750 Series Annunciators Interface Module Setting in Serial Mode: For operation in Serial mode, Interface module DIP switch must be set (switch1, Off). For Multi-Drop connection (connecting up to 7 units), each Interface Module in the system requires a unique address therefore the fi rst unit in any given system is address 1, the second one address 2 etc, as shown bellow.
  • Page 15 AIS750 Series Annunciators Communication Module (Com. Module) - optional: Com. Module provides two individual ports, Com 1 and Com. 2 via a 4 pin pluggable connector (Com 2 is disabled in this system). Each port can be set as RS485 or RS232 as shown below.

    AIS750 Series Annunciators Wiring Diagram Power Supply Wiring  Fuse 24VDC power supply An external FUSE is strongly recommended as shown above. Depend on system options, every 7-10 Logic Cards (usually each row) needs one 24VDC power connection. One power connection for Interface module is mandatory.
