How to assign IP
address to devices
in your network
Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP)
enables the ONT to function as a DHCP server
that can automatically assign an IP address to
devices in your network from a predefined range
of addresses. This is beneficial when you have
multiple devices to prevent duplicate addresses
being assigned.
Alternatively, you can manually specify a static
(unchanging) IP address to configure the ONT
to function as a DHCP server and assign IP
addresses.
1. From the Home/Dashboard screen, select
the icon [Figure 2], then select the
Advanced Settings option.
2. Select the LAN option, and you will be
directed to the LAN screen.
