Online services ŠKODA Connect

General information
The online services ŠKODA Connect are an extension of the vehicle
functions and infotainment and include the services Care Connect and
Infotainment Online.
Care Connect provides the following services.

Emergency call.
›
Proactive service (e.g. planning a workshop visit).
›
Remote access to the vehicle by means of the ŠKODA Connect appli-
cation installed in the mobile phone (comprising e.g. journey data,
monitoring of window closing etc.).
Infotainment Online extends the functionality of the Internet-connec-
ted infotainment by adding the following functions, for example.

Online maps Google Earth and Google Street View
Columbus infotainment).
›
Online destination search.
›
Online traffic messages.
›
Weather forecast, news service.
Information about the online services, access to ŠKODA Connect Portal
as well as the option to download the ŠKODA Connect application are

To initiate the information / breakdown call, press the respective
button  /  (the connection can be cancelled by again pressing the
button).

(the connection can be cancelled by again pressing the button).
