The COMPANION Aquacube COMP827 burner may not ignite if the following steps are not followed correctly:

1. MODE control is not set to SUMMER.
2. GAS control is not set to LOW.
3. WATER FLOW is not set to HIGH.
4. SHOWER HEAD flow control switch is not turned ON or SPRAY PATTERN is not set to the OUTSIDE RING.
5. POWER SWITCH is not turned ON.

Also, ensure there is no obstruction in the primary air intakes and that gas connections are tight with no leaks.

This appliance is not designed to be used as a permanent shower or supply of hot water.
