For complete compatibility, confirm your iPod has the following version of firmware.
To check your iPod's firmware, select the "Settings" menu and then select the "About" menu. Your iPod's version is
listed under "Version". If your firmware is out of date, consult the manufacturer's website to download an
updated version.
