2. Description (continued) 2.1 Operation The Loctite ® UV Spot Radiometer is well suited for most production operations. The UV Spot Radiometer can be used to verify that the output from the wand system, under test, is proper for the curing process. When making measurements the wand should be held as straight as possible, and the ends should be clean.

7021 has been factory calibrated, prior to shipment, directly to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) primary physical standard for UV photodiodes. 5. Operations 5.1 Controls and Operation The Zeta ® 7021 is easy to use. It requires only that a 9 volt Alkaline Battery be installed and the power switched on to operate. The panel meter displays the power reading in Watts per centimeter squared.

Sensor Head A 12 month interval is recommended for the calibration of the Sensor Head. Contact Loctite at 1-860-571-5174 for calibration instructions. Keep the filter glass clean, it is located under the Sensor Head cap. The glass can be accessed by unscrewing the Sensor Head Cap (see figure section 2).
A claim of defect in materials or workmanship in any Products shall be allowed only when it is submitted to Loctite in writing within one month after discovery of the defect or after the time the defect should reasonably have been discovered and in any event, within twelve months after the delivery of the Products to the purchaser.
