Troubleshooting

To update your tablet
System updates
Updating the system's software will add new
features or improve some existing features.
Tap [Apps & Widgets], then [Settings], [About
tablet] and [System updates].
If tablet gets wet
Splash-proof construction
If your tablet is exposed to a light splash of
water, gently wipe it dry. The splash-proof
construction is disabled when the covers of
the Multi Port and SD memory card slot are not
attached properly.
To close the SD memory card slot
cover
 Insert part A in the direction by the arrow
as shown in the above illustration.
 Close the SD memory card slot cover.
 Make sure the cover closes securely with
no gaps.
