    6.2.3. POWER SUPPLY OF BOILER SERIES "PELLETHERM V.2 M01". The boiler must be connected to the electrical installation, by observing the safety rules. In the set of the boiler is provided power supply cable with a connector that connects to the boiler.

    6.2.6. PARAMETERS AND SETTINGS THE BOILER. In the control controller of the boiler are set operating parameters by the manufacturer and client and/or other staff does not need to make changes. In order to achieve optimal and economic operating conditions of the boiler it is necessary to set the thermal power of the boiler, so as to ensure optimal system performance and low fuel consumption.

To initiate the operation of the boiler it is pressed the "S" button, as shown in the figure. After starting the boiler operation, on the display will be displayed message shown in the following figure.

    After the initial purge by the fan, the burner supplies an initial starting dose of fuel and begins the process of ignition. At the display is shown "IGNITION 1" - first attempt for ignition, which takes place over a period defined in the control software. The boiler controller is programmed at the factory of the manufacturer with optimal settings for the operating mode.

    6.2.9. NOMINAL OPERATING MODE OF THE BOILER. After completing the process of starting the combustion process (the fuel in the combustion chamber of the specialized burner is successfully ignited) and the boiler is heated and tempered, it can be assumed that the system is in nominal mode of operation. In this mode are made settings and/or checking the operation of the boiler.

    6.3.2. INCREASING THE THERMAL POWER OF THE BOILER. Increasing the thermal power of the boiler is done by increasing the thermal power of the equipment in which the assignment of thermal power increases and consequently increases the fuel consumption. When changing the thermal power accordingly the fuel consumption, control algorithm automatically adjusts the air flow supplied by the fan, which ensures optimum mode of operation in a wide range of thermal power.

  • Page 46: Switching Off The Boiler From External Modul Managing Its Work (Room Thermostat)

    Although it is possible to stop the operation of boiler from the controller keyboard, the manufacturer recommends stopping (starting) to be made by the switch "Start", as described in section 6.4.1. In this case the main advantages are speed and independence from supply voltage. Upon receipt of signal to stop the operation of the hot-water boiler "Pelletherm V.2 M01", it is stopped the flow of fuel, but its fans still work (for supply of air for combustion and lead away of the flue gases to the chimney).

    In case of emergency situation - boiler overheating, the emergency thermostat is activated. There should be identified the cause for occurring of this failure and to take appropriate measures for cooling of the boiler and remove the failure. This thermostat must be reset manually by unscrewing the protecting cap and press until the red button is switched (a clic must be clearly heard), and then re-screw the cap.
