Exchangeable versus Consumable Modules

All faulty cables and modules must be stored by the service center for a minimum of two months. In that period Philips has the

opportunity to ask for shipment to a central location for further analysis. After that period the faulty items may be disposed of in an

appropriate manner.

This section describes how to update and 'repair' the software on the BDP9000 without affecting the customer's data.
