Vegetables stew
Time: 30 m. People: 2
Ingredients:
350 g of frozen vegetables
50 g of bacon
50 g of chorizo slices
150 g sliced potatoes
40 ml of olive oil
350 ml of water
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
1. Put oil, bacon and chorizo and program for 4 minutes at 120 ºC without grinding.
2. Add potatoes, vegetables, salt, pepper and water and program 25 minutes at 120 ºC
without grinding.

Stuffed aubergines

Time: 50 m. People: 4
Ingredients:
150 g of sliced carrots
150 g of sliced onion
100 g of chopped mushroom
70 g of sliced green pepper
400 g of minced meat
400 g of tomato pulp
100 g of grated cheese
50 ml olive oil
2 medium aubergines
2 garlic cloves, salt, pepper and oregano
Preparation:
1. Slice the aubergines in half, make cuts, sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper and keep warm.
2. Preheat oven at 220 ºC and introduce eggplants for 30 minutes.
3. While the aubergines is been baked add tomato, carrot, onion, pepper, garlic and oil in the
jar and grind pressing the pulse button several times for several seconds.
4. Program for 25 minutes at a temperature of 120 ºC without crushing.
