DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURE
• Be sure to perform the SYSTEM SETTING, at the end of the procedure.
• Make sure that the power cord is disconnected from the outlet.
• Pay special attention not to break or damage the parts.
• Make sure that there is no bent or stain on the connectors before inserting, and firmly insert the connectors.
REFERENCE:
When removing each board, remove the connector if necessary. The operation is easier if you write down the connection points
(connector numbers) of the connector. For connection of each board, refer to the "WIRING DIAGRAM" of the Standard Circuit
Diagram.
3.1.1 REMOVING THE REAR COVER (Fig.3-1)
(1) Remove the 1 screw [A].
(2) Remove the POWER CORD COVER.
(3) Remove the POWER CORD.
(4) Remove the 1 screw [B], 9 screws [C], 6 screws [D] and 5
screws [E].
(5) Remove the REAR COVER.
3.1.2 REMOVING THE D-AMP PWB
• Remove the REAR COVER.
(1) Remove the 3 screws [F].
(2) Remove the BACK BRACKET.
(3) Remove the 2 screws [G].
(4) Remove the D-AMP PWB.
3.1.3 REMOVING THE ANALOG PWB (Fig.3-1)
• Remove the REAR COVER.
• Remove the D-AMP PWB.
• Remove the BACK BRACKET.
(1) Remove the 1 screw [H].
(2) Remove the TUNER BASE.
(3) Remove the 3 hooks [a], 3 screws [I] and 7 screws [J].
(4) Remove the TERMINAL BASE.
(5) Remove the 2 screws [K].
(6) Remove the D-AMP PWB BRACKET.
(7) Remove the 3 screws [L] and 2 screws [M].
(8) Remove the ANALOG PWB.
3.1.4 REMOVING THE DC-DC PWB (Fig.3-1)
• Remove the REAR COVER.
• Remove the BACK BRACKET.
(1) Remove the 3 screws [N].
(2) Remove the DC-DC PWB.
3.1.5 REMOVING THE POWER PWB (Fig.3-1)
• Remove the REAR COVER.
(1) Remove the 3 screws [O].
(2) Remove the BACK BRACKET.
(3) Remove the 11 screws [P].
(4) Remove the POWER PWB.
3.1.6 REMOVING THE SW PWB (Fig.3-1)
• Remove the REAR COVER.
(1) Remove the 1 screw [Q].
(2) Remove the KNOB BASE.
(3) Remove the 2 screws [R].
(4) Remove the SW PWB.

3.1.7 REMOVING THE DIGITAL PWB (Fig.3-1)
• Remove the REAR COVER.
• Remove the BACK BRACKET.
(1) Remove the 11 hooks [b].
(2) Remove the SHIELD COVER.
(3) Remove the 2 screws [R] and 2 screws [S].
(4) Remove the SHIELD TERMINAL.
(5) Remove the 9 screws [T].
(6) Remove the DIGITAL PWB.
CAUTION :
Make sure to perform the "SYSTEM SETTING", when
DIGITAL PWB is replaced.
3.1.8 REMOVING THE SPEAKER (Fig.3-1)
• Remove the REAR COVER.
(1) Remove the 3 screws [U].
(2) Remove the SPEKAER.
(3) Follow the same steps when removing the other
SPEAKER.
3.1.9 REMOVING THE STAND ASS'Y (Fig.3-1)
(1) Remove the 1 screw [B] and 4 screws [V].
(2) Remove the STAND ASS'Y.
3.1.10 REMOVING THE LED PWB (Fig.3-1)
• Remove the REAR COVER.
• Remove the STAND ASS'Y.
(1) Remove the 5 screws [W] and 2 screws [X].
(2) Remove the STAND BASE SUPPORT.
(3) Remove the 2 hooks [c].
(4) Remove the LED PWB.
3.1.11 REMOVING THE LCD PANEL UNIT (Fig.3-1)
• Remove the REAR COVER.
• Remove the STAND ASS'Y.
• Remove the STAND BASE SUPPROT.
• Remove the SPEKAER.
(1) Remove the 4 screws [Y] and 6 screws [Z] .
(2) Remove the MAIN BASE.
(3) Remove the 2 screws [AA].
(4) Remove the SIDE BRACKET.
(5) Follow the same steps when removing the other SIDE
BRACKET.
(6) Remove the 2 screws [AB].
(7) Remove the TOP FRAME in the direction of the arrow.
(8) Remove the LCD PANEL UNIT from the FRONT PANEL.
CAUTION:
The LCD PANEL UNIT is fixed to the FRONT PANEL (at the
back side)by using double-side adhesive tapes. To remove the
LCD PANEL UNIT, remove the adhesive tape on the FRONT
PANEL slowly.
