To enable this feature, a PIN2 code is required (you can
get the PIN2 code from your service provider).
Select the type of phone calls from the list you wish to
restrict, or add the number to the FDN list.

16.4.7 Black List

Select:
MENU > Settings > Security > Black list> Black List
Settings
to enable or disable the feature to restrict phone calls and
to block and unblock text messages from a blacklisted
number. If the black list is enabled, you will not receive
incoming phone calls from a blacklisted number; the caller
will always get a busy signal.

16.5 Profile Settings

In profile settings, you can change tones and adjust the
phone volume. Select:
MENU > Settings > Profiles
and next select a profile. You can activate the profile or
change it. To change the profile, select:
MENU > Settings > Profiles > Settings
