REPLACEMENT AND WARRANTY INFORMATION

Limited Two-Year Warranty: Nu Skin guarantees your device to be free
from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from
the original date of consumer purchase. This warranty does not cover
damage to the product as a result of misuse or accident. If the product be-
comes defective within the two-year warranty period, please call your local
Nu Skin Support Services to arrange for a replacement.
