tent operation of the flap switch to the UP position. After full retraction, the

LANDING GEAR SYSTEM
The landing gear is
of
the tricycle type with a steerable nose wheel,
two main wheels, and wheel fairings. Shock absorption is provided by
the tubular spring-steel main landing gear struts and the air

nose gear
shock strut. Each main gear wheel is equipped with a hydraulically actu­
ated disc-type brake on the inboard side of each wheel, and an aero ­
dynamic fairing over each brake.
BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT
The baggage compartment consists
of
two areas, one extending from
.;
the back of the rear passenger seats to the
aft
cabin bulkhead, and an
additional area
aft
of
the bulkhead. Access to both baggage areas is gain ­
ed through a lockable baggage door on the left side of the airplane, or from
