In case the product is recognized as faulty for the manufacture faults, hydraulic tight, and metal corrosion, it shall be applied the “Returns Procedure”: the Purchaser has to fill the underneath form “Warranty Certificate” in the appropriate space “Notification of faults” for the indication of the fault notified on the product; each product is supplied of the “Warranty Certificate” that contains technical details, the serial number plate – also present behind the product and outside the packaging – which certificates the serial number , the model and the production date, the test report bill and the quality inspection made by an appointed technical person prior to the packaging. The Return has to be sent back to the Seller with the “Warranty Certificate” and with the original packaging, or with an appropriate and safe one in order to avoid further damages to the products. Nevertheless, non‐original packaging will be replaced with the original packaging and credited to the Purchaser.
