    The work area, including the ground surface, must be prepared prior to operating the machine to ensure safe working conditions. The Hakki Pilke circular saw with splitting device is designed for making firewood from delimbed trees or other pre-processed wood, such as pre-cut logs. Do not use wood that has been processed in any other way, such as construction waste.
