    Used to loop through the signal from the line inputs. SUB LEVEL Volume control for the MAUI28SE subwoofer. To attain the same volume with the subwoofer of the MAUI28 column system and the MAUI28SE subwoofer, set the system volume (MAIN LEVEL) of the MAUI28 column system to approximately 2 o'clock (Figure A).

    REAR VIEW: SIGNAL LED Lights up when an audio signal is present at the line input. LIMIT LED Lights up if the subwoofer is operating in the clipping range. Brief flashing is not a cause for concern, since the internal audio limiter compensates for over-modulation. Permanent illumination should be avoided by reducing the input level.

For positioning under the MAUI28 column system, there are 4 recesses on the top of the subwoofer into which the rubber feet of the MAUI28 subwoofer fit exactly.

  • Page 21 MAUI28SE Subwoofer die gleiche Lautstärke zu erzielen, stellen Sie die Systemlautstärke (MAIN LEVEL) der MAUI28 Säulenanlage auf etwa 2 Uhr (Abbildung A). Bringen Sie nun den MAUI28 und den MAUI28SE Subwoofer mit Hilfe der Lautstärkeregler SUB LEVEL (Abbildung B) auf gleicher Position in die gewünschte Lautstärke.

    RÜCKANSICHT: SIGNAL LED Leuchtet auf, sobald ein Audiosignal am Line-Eingang anliegt. LIMIT LED Leuchtet auf, sobald der Subwoofer im Grenzbereich betrieben wird. Kurzzeitiges Aufleuchten ist dabei unkri- tisch, da der interne Audio-Limiter Übersteuerungen ausregelt. Dauerhaftes Leuchten sollte durch Absenken des Eingangspegels vermieden werden. PROTECT LED Leuchtet auf, wenn eine der Schutzschaltungen in der Endstufe aktiv ist.
  • Page 23 AUFSTELLUNG ÜBEREINANDER Empfohlener Mindestabstand 5m Grundsätzlich kann der MAUI28SE Subwoofer sowohl neben, als auch unter der MAUI28 Säulenanlage posi- tioniert werden. Für die Positionierung unter der MAUI28 Säulenanlage befinden sich auf der Oberseite des Subwoofers 4 Vertiefungen, in die die Gummifüße des MAUI28 Subwoofers exakt hineinpassen. Somit wird ein Verrutschen der MAUI28 Säulenanlage auf dem MAUI28SE Subwoofer effektiv verhindert.
