6.1 Basic Troubleshooting

If you are having problems with your router, try these basic steps
in this section before looking for further solutions
When the cable modem router is plugged in but all the LEDs
are off:
1. Check if the power cord is properly plugged to the modem
router and wall outlet.
2. Check if you are using the ASUS power adapter supplied for
this product.
3. If the error persists, it could indicate a hardware problem.
