B. Electrical Parts
1. DB Circuit Board
1-1 Remove the four (4) screws marked [33GA] and the five
(5) screws marked [41GA]. The top cover can then be
removed. (Fig. 3)
1-2 Remove the three (3) screws marked [31GA]. The DB
circuit board can then be removed. (Fig. 3)
* WARNING
Use only original screws when assembling the top cover.
If you use different screws, it will damage the inside
component.
2. Speaker Assembly
2-1 Remove the top cover. (See Procedure B-1-1.)
2-2 Remove the two (2) screws marked [40G]. The speaker
holder and the speaker with cord can then be removed.

3. EMK-CTL Circuit Board
3-1 Remove the top cover. (See Procedure B-1-1.)
3-2 Remove the DB circuit board. (See Procedure B-1-2.)
3-3 Remove the speaker holder. (See Procedure B-2-2.)
3-4 Remove the two spacer marked [25], the four (4) screws
marked [31GB], the screw marked [18] and the two (2)
screws marked [41GB]. The EMK-CTL circuit board can
then be removed. (Fig. 3)
4. CTRL SUB A Circuit Board
4-1 Remove the top cover. (See Procedure B-1-1.)
4-2 Remove the speaker holder. (See Procedure B-2-2.)
4-3 Remove the three (3) screws marked [31GC] and the two
(2) screws marked [38G]. The CTRL SUB A circuit board
can then be removed. (Fig. 3)
5. FDD Unit
5-1 Remove the top cover. (See Procedure B-1-1.)
5-2 Remove the three (3) screws marked [35G]. The FDD unit
can then be removed. (Fig. 3)
6. Panel Unit
6-1 Remove the top cover. (See Procedure B-1-1.)
6-2 Remove the two (2) screws marked [32G] and the three
(3) screws marked [36G]. The panel unit can then be
removed. (Fig. 3)
7. POWER SWITCH Circuit Board
7-1 Remove the top cover. (See Procedure B-1-1.)
7-2 Remove the panel unit. (See Procedure B-6.)
7-3 Remove the three (3) screws marked [33G]. The structure
can then be removed. (Fig. 4)
7-4 Remove the two (2) screws marked [31GD]. The POWER
SWITCH circuit board can then be removed. (Fig. 4)
