The Corsair Flash Padlock 3 may not be accepting the PIN and the blue light may not be blinking due to the following reasons:
1. Incorrect PIN Attempts: If 20 unsuccessful User/Admin PIN entries have been made, the User and Admin PINs are cleared, and all data is permanently lost. The drive would be in an unlocked state but without any valid PINs.
2. Locked State: If multiple failed PIN attempts have occurred (e.g., after 15 total failed attempts), the drive locks for 2 minutes, indicated by a rapidly blinking red LED. During this time, no PINs will be accepted.
3. Dead Battery: If the internal battery is fully discharged, the drive may not function until it is connected to a USB port for charging. It is recommended to keep it connected for at least an hour to fully charge the battery.
If none of these apply, a factory reset may be required to regain access, but this will erase all data.
