IC201 (TMPA8891CXBNG)
The TMPA8891 is an integrated circuit for a PAL/ NTSC/
SECAM TV. A microcontroller (MCU) and a TV signal
processor are integrated in a 64-pin shrink DIP package.
The MCU part contains:

Timers/ counters.

On-Screen Display controller.
