ISMANTLING
Dismantle the upper handle cover; see
1.
page 4;5.
Disconnect the brown (A), blue (B),
2.
black (D) and earth wire (C) coming
from inside the heating shoe.
Keep the press in its closed position.
3.
Unscrew the two nuts (A) and take out

the springs (B).
To separate the arm of pressure from
5.
the heating shoe cover, lift the
movable handle slowly, paying
attention to the passage of the wires.
Reassembling
Position and align the heating shoe parallel to the wooden board.
1.
Prepare the 4 wires coming from the heating shoe.
2.
Close the press slowly with the fixed handle.
3.
Pass the wires and thermostat through the left and right opening of the pressure arm
4.
and engage the 2 suspension axles.
Be careful not to pinch the wires at the articulation point under the pressure arm.
5.
Replace the 2 springs and fasten the self-locking nuts.
6.
Adjust the two nuts (A); see page 11.
7.
Connect the brown, blue and black wires from the heating shoe to the connector board
8.
and then fix the earth wire with the screw and washer.
Adjust the pivoting points; see page 11, alignment of the heating shoe.
9.
Assemble the upper handle cover; see page 4;5.
