Possible Cause 1 : The shank stop rail is too close to the string (too high).

● When keystroked strongly on the bass area of the second section, a slight sound can be
heard despite the muting mode.
Possible Cause 1 : Even though the hammer shank is blocked, the damper rubs the string when it goes up.
This emits a slight sound.
Solution 1 : This is as designed.
● Even when the damper pedal is stepped on, the sound of string does not fade away.
Possible Cause 1 : Since the damper is detaching from the strings, the sound will not fade away.
