To view e-mails in your Inbox:
1. From the Home screen, swipe
your finger to the right and tap
the Messaging shortcut.
2. Tap Universal Inbox, or tap the
icon for the desired account.
3. Tap the message you want to read.
Send e-mail
1. From the Home screen, swipe your
finger to the left and tap the
Messaging shortcut.
2. Tap the green Plus icon in the
top-right corner of the screen.
3. Tap the e-mail account
you want to use.
4. At To, enter the contact's name
and then select from the list. If
the contact is not in your contact
list, enter the e-mail address.
5. Enter your subject and message.
6. Tap Send.
Set e-mail alert
1. From the Home screen, swipe your
finger to the left and tap the
Messaging shortcut.
2. Tap the Menu key.

3. Tap Messaging Settings.
4. Tap Email.
5. Tap Notifications.
6. Tap to select the Notifications
check box.
7. Tap Select ringtone.
8. Tap the desired ringtone.
9. Tap OK.
Set Gmail e-mail alert
1. From any Home screen, tap
the Application Tray icon.
2. Tap Gmail.
3. Tap the Menu key.
4. Tap More.
5. Tap Settings.
6. Tap Select ringtone.
7. Tap the desired ringtone.
8. Tap OK.
