    Baicells Nova R9 2.5GHz 10W Base Station Installation Guide Installation Environment 2.3.1 Locational Requirements Environments with high-temperatures, harmful gases, unstable voltages, volatile vibrations, loud noises, flames, explosives, and electromagnetic interference (large radar stations, transmitting stations, transformer substations) are not suitable for the operation of Nova R9, and thus should be avoided.

    Baicells Nova R9 2.5GHz 10W Base Station Installation Guide Note that the wire must be inserted in the GND port and fastened with an M6 screw, then welded with an anticorrosive process. The wire should be no smaller than 16 mm , as short as possible, and without coiling.

The base station supports wall-mounted and pole-mounted installations. The following steps will go through these separately. 2. Fix three mounting hooks on both ends of the base station with M6*16 screw, as shown in Figure 3-2.

Installation for each antenna type will be explained respectively.

    Baicells Nova R9 2.5GHz 10W Base Station Installation Guide  In principle, no lightening rod can be welded to pole (no metal object is allowed within 1m range in the horizontal direction of the omnidirectional antennas), when installing the omnidirectional antennas. Instead, an independent lightening rod should be installed between two poles, where the lightening rod is high enough to keep all antenna tops under its protective cover.

Pass one end of the GPS antenna feeder through the support tube, connect it to the N type of GPS antenna, and then fasten the support tube to the GPS antenna.

GPS connector connects to the base station, as shown in Figure 3-18.
